TempLS global temp down 0.066°C in July
TempLS dipped in July; from 0.577°C (June) to
0.511°C.
Here is the spherical harmonics plot:
Hot in Europe and E Siberia, cold in Central Siberia and cool in central US. I have o say it looks like a Polar vortex pattern.

UAH is .31C for July, virtually unchanged from June. Yours looks right, but WfT's show a fairly stout decline.
