China data for May is now in. It did not change the GISS number.

With TempLS I commented on the lack of pronounced features this month, especially cool spots (except maybe Antarctica). This is true (relatively) for GISS too.

Unless my morning coffee has not kicked in, itwould appear that the June GISS number is still the third highest June on record....
ReplyDeleteYeah, it's still a high number. Warming rate since 2012 stout as bull. Now I'm anxiously waiting for the June PDO number to see if it took a similar bath.
ReplyDeleteNick - Hadcrut4 for June looks like warmest June in the record. Do you agree?
ReplyDeleteI checked with the scalable graph here and it seems so. Not that it was such a high anomaly (last Aprfil was higher) but we don't seem, in HADCRUT, to have had a very hot spell at this time before.
