Continents and trends

A joint post with Steve Hempell

In another run with ver 1.2.1 Steve has focussed on the continents. The trends are interesting, and somewhat different. For comparison, we show the rather rough plot from the AR4 SPM (SPM 4), which seem to be in agreement.
