0.511°C.

Hot in Europe and E Siberia, cold in Central Siberia and cool in central US. I have o say it looks like a Polar vortex pattern.

UAH is .31C for July, virtually unchanged from June. Yours looks right, but WfT's show a fairly stout decline.
